Please note: While we strive to reach as many customers as possible, there are some locations we are unable to ship to due to logistical reasons. We recommend checking our shipping policy or reaching out to our customer service team to confirm if your country is eligible.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please make sure you include a physical delivery address when checking out.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.


When you order an item that’s in stock, we promise to have it on its way to you within a maximum of 3 business days from the purchase date. We’re all about getting your items to you quickly and efficiently!

Once your order is on its way, you can expect it to arrive within 5-20 working days! Please remember, this is our standard shipping timeline, but sometimes, things outside our control can affect delivery times.

Factors such as customs delays, local postal service variations, and even weather can extend this period. We’re committed to getting your order to you as fast as possible, and our team is here to help track your package and answer any questions you may have.

Please note: In case of any delays we will notify you and ensure receipt of your order before expiry of  our guaranteed delivery time frame of 45 days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, that is within 3-5 business days.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within this timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team at support@momsgem.com for assistance.

Your tracking number may be not be recognized by the carrier’s tracking system until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. It’s the time needed for the online tracking system to update. Try tracking your package again the following day.

NOTE: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


  • Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit.
  • In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted.
  • Depending on when you place your order; the order process might not start until the following business day. Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.
