How much do you charge for shipping?

We’re thrilled to offer FREE shipping to over 200 countries across the globe! 

Please note: While we strive to reach as many customers as possible, there are some locations we are unable to ship to due to logistical reasons. We recommend checking our shipping policy or reaching out to our customer service team to confirm if your country is eligible.

When will you ship my order?

When you order an item that’s in stock, we promise to have it on its way to you within a maximum of 3 business working days. We’re all about getting your items to you quickly and efficiently!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order is on its way, you can expect it to arrive within 5-20 working days! Please remember, this is our standard shipping timeline, but sometimes, things outside our control can affect delivery times.

Factors such as customs delays, local postal service variations, and even weather can extend this period. We’re committed to getting your order to you as fast as possible, and our team is here to help track your package and answer any questions you may have.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, you have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to do so. Here’s how:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: The sooner, the better! Reach out to our customer service team with your order details at support@momsgem.com.
  2. Change or Cancel: Let us know exactly what changes you need or if you wish to cancel your order.

Please note: Once the 12-hour period has passed, we’re typically unable to make changes or cancel your order as it may already be in the processing stage

How do I know if my order went through?

After your order is completed, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided. Included will be an order number – this is your reference number in case you have any questions about your order. Please review the order summary to confirm your order information is correct and save the email as a receipt of your purchase. If you don’t receive a copy, first check your junk mail, spam folder or contact us.

Why haven’t I received an email about my order?

There are usually two reasons: you may have an outdated email address on file, or you may have a spam blocker filtering email from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you.

What do I do if something on my order is missing or damaged?

Do you provide tracking information?

Expect to receive your tracking information via email within 3-5 working days, so you can keep an eye on your shipment’s journey right to your doorstep.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within this timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team at support@momsgem.com for assistance.

Your tracking number may be not be recognized by the carrier’s tracking system until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. It’s the time needed for the online tracking system to update. Try tracking your package again the following day.
